Cross Promotions is the biggest outdoor and festival company in Queensland, and Billy has covered the globe with his work. He was instrumental in the revitalisation of Surfers Paradise’s nightlife, putting our beloved Glitter Strip on the map for life. He’s been a player in Vegas and branched out into bar operations, always able to predict the trends and stay ahead of the curve.
Which he will continue to for years to come, creating even more fresh, modern entertainment concepts utilising his global connections, local knowledge and a wealth of experience, all with his loyal and larger than life team.

Josh has been brought up side of stage since the day he can remember, and if anyone has entertainment in their blood, it’s him. Possessing a natural affinity for events and festivals, his current venture ‘Skin Deep’ has been dubbed the hottest Sunday session on the Gold Coast for house music lovers. With a double law and business degree under his belt, Josh has plenty more up his sleeve...watch this space!

If you were thinking about messing with Margie, you might want to reconsider. Margie’s the gal you want working on your project, because you know she’s going to do her job to absolute perfection. Everything regarding stock ordering, control and operations is Margie’s domain and you better believe productivity and cost efficiency will be her top priority.
Nick Cross

If the office is a little too quiet, it’s most likely because Nick hasn’t walked in yet. Nick is our part-entertainment and part-operations guru. You’ll find him booking the best local and profile acts by day, and managing the bar at your favourite events by night. Between his random bursts of energy and 'unique' vocab, the team just wouldn't be the same without our buddy Nick.

She brings years of experience in accounts, financials, operations and guidance, and is true to the family environment that makes Cross Promotions what it is.

Chrysta, our in-house finance expert, is dedicated to maintaining balanced books with a genuine passion for numbers. Renowned for her impeccable spreadsheets, Chrysta brings order to our financial world. Beyond the office, Chrysta is a mum on the move, chasing after her two sports-loving sons and planning the next camping escapade.

Site & Stock
Daniel, aka D-Mordz, brings over a decade of stock control experience to the Cross Promotions team. He’s the man working onsite at your favourite festival for weeks (and sometimes months!) in advance; building the bars and keeping your favourite drinks iced to perfection. Daniel is a visionary in logistical planning and execution, a wizard on the forklift and an overall team leader.

After 15 years as a live musician across QLD and NSW, Christian now curates top-notch live music and theatre show experiences for The Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane. His diverse musical taste ensures an impressive lineup for even the fussiest of critics. In the office, Christian is known for his random fun facts, extensive music knowledge and infectious energy.
