BBQ Beats, a raucous 12-hour rock skirmish held in Brisbane’s picturesque Botanic Gardens on New Year’s Day — attracted 5000 punters to its first-ever event. Headlined by Public Enemy, the boutique event also featured Vanilla Ice, Jackson Jackson, DJ Nu Mark, Mr Scruff, Bag Raiders, Van She, True Live, Aquasky, Don Rimini and South Rakkas Crew.
