Full Bar Infrastructure & Set-up
From marquees to cold rooms & ice tubs our Event Bar Manager negotiates & orders your entire bar infrastructure & set-up requirements, including signage.
The Cross Promotions Event Management Team is on hand prior to the event to co-ordinate the set-up of the required infrastructure, whilst also ensuring the smaller items & signage are in place & ready to go for the event.
RSA Trained & Certified Staff
Whether your event is for 500 or 50,000, we can fulfil your staffing needs. We have an extensive staff database & always ensure we only hire bar staff who are RSA Trained & Certified.
Ongoing training ensures that all of our staff are kept up to date with current Liquor Licensing guidelines.
Have your own staff? We also offer a Bar Management Service where the Cross Promotions Event Management Team comes in at a management level only, taking the stress off you.
Liquor Licensing Consultation
As license holders we are familiar with the current Queensland Liquor Licensing Laws & are therefore able to consult with you on your individual license requirements.
We work closely with Queensland Liquor Licensing to ensure that all requirements are adhered to & hence have a great working relationship with them & the Queensland Police Service.
We pride ourselves on adhering to the Responsible Service of Alcohol & encourage responsible drinking practices among event patrons.
Purchasing & Ordering of Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Due to the large number & scale of the events that Cross Promotions are involved in, we have the advantage of having Account Managers at each of the major Beverage Distributors who solely manage the Cross Promotions accounts.
This enables us to use our buying power as an advantage in terms of negotiating stock & pricing, therefore ensuring that you are purchasing stock at the lowest negotiated price.
Our Event Bar Manager will negotiate, order & purchase the required stock prior to the event, whilst co-ordinating delivery & storage at the designated site.
